Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with banking, legal, and wealth partners to ensure coordinated, end-to-end financial oversight.
  • Support long-term wealth planning through estate coordination, governance oversight, and disciplined financial controls.
  • Manage banking, lending, and credit relationships while optimizing debt structure and access to capital.
  • Oversee entity structuring, integrated tax planning, and multi-entity compliance.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services.
  • Assist in the management of short-term and long-term investments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Develop forward-looking financial models and reporting that translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insight.
  • Lead risk management strategy, including insurance, asset protection, and exposure mitigation across personal and business entities.
  • Provide strategic business advisory on contracts, touring profitability, merchandise economics, cost control decisions, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and management systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
