Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with banking, legal, and wealth partners to ensure coordinated, end-to-end financial oversight.
- Support long-term wealth planning through estate coordination, governance oversight, and disciplined financial controls.
- Manage banking, lending, and credit relationships while optimizing debt structure and access to capital.
- Oversee entity structuring, integrated tax planning, and multi-entity compliance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services.
- Assist in the management of short-term and long-term investments.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Develop forward-looking financial models and reporting that translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insight.
- Lead risk management strategy, including insurance, asset protection, and exposure mitigation across personal and business entities.
- Provide strategic business advisory on contracts, touring profitability, merchandise economics, cost control decisions, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and management systems.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
