Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for executive leadership.
- Manage and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance department.
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement improvements to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
