As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Coordinator to support our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary front-of-house representative, greeting clients and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and well-maintained workspace.
  • Help coordinate meeting logistics and office calendars.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, document preparation, and light reporting.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees.
  • Coordinate mail distribution, shipping, and package handling.
  • Support internal processes by maintaining organized systems.
  • Ready to jump in to support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day needs ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Help build structure and organization that makes everyone’s work smoother and more efficient.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equiveland required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
