Haydee Torres

Haydee is the Chief Operating Officer of TKG Business Management, where she leads internal operations, mentorship, and team performance. With over a decade of experience in accounting and business management, she brings well-rounded expertise, organizational strength, and a passion for client service.

She began her career as a bookkeeper for a small business, where she built her foundation in accounting. Later moving to a larger firm, she expanded her technical expertise and took on her first business management client—an experience that sparked her passion for working closely with high-net-worth individuals and their families. After earning a bachelor’s degree, she continued advancing her career before joining TKG in its early days, where she has worn many hats and played a critical role in shaping the firm’s structure and culture.

Along the way, she earned her Master’s in Accountancy from Golden Gate University. Haydee is focused on developing the next generation of accountants and business managers here in Los Angeles, where she lives with her husband and twins.
